Mr. Alfred Arambhan is a first Gen Serial Entrepreneur having nurtured, managed and operated several businesses including Shipping, C&F, Catering & Housekeeping in India.

His company, A&G Partners has 18+ years experience in Israel – India, Business promotions and development including Technology Transfer, M&A, Project Management, etc. for Israeli companies in various sectors in India including, Telecom. Entertainment, Renewable Energy, Agriculture, Water, Innovation, Investment Banking, Home-Land Security, Real Estate Development, Tourism, Fintech, Software, Emergency Evacuation systems, etc.

A&G partners, mentored and managed for the Innovation Authority of Israel, out of over 300 applicants, 6 Israeli companies, 2 each in the Agriculture, Water and Health sectors to start their pilots in India under the (2018) initiated by PM Shri Narendra Modiji and PM (Israel) Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu.

• Adv. Pooja Arambhan is the Co-Founder & CEO
• Worked with A&G partners for their various projects between Israel & India and closely associated with the Bridge to Innovation Program for the Innovation Authority of Israel
• She was the Youngest Invitee from India at the United Nations, HQ in New York for the Womens’ Empowerment Principles Summit (2013)
• Recipient of Full Scholarship for 1 Female Indian Entrepreneur for MBA – Entrepreneurship, Innovation & Strategy at Tel Aviv University by Parasol Foundation Trust.
• She is an Israel –Asia Leaders’ Fellow (2015-2016)
• She has worked closely with Israel Government & Quasi Government agencies, Israel Embassy for furthering bi-lateral relations between India & Israel and has considerable experience in cross border tech transfer, market entry strategy & business development.
• She has served in various capacities including CFO of a listed entity on BSE and Legal & Compliance Officer.
• She also holds a BLS/LLB from Mumbai University and a Diploma in Cyber Laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws

• Company Manager for then the worlds largest Broadway show, for an Israeli Promoter conducted across Europe for 150 member Indian Artists contingent.
• She also produced her own Musical – ”Mosiqui”
• She is a Supply Chain specialist with over a decade of experience in the Hospitality sector for the Oil & Gas Sector
• She has curated two very successful restaurant brands MeSoHappi and The Captain’s Table
• Has been working for the Women’s Empowerment Program and developed door to door supply chain during the Covid Pandemic under the “Farm Food Family” brand for Tribal Women Growers
• She has extensive experience with Indo-Israel relations working with A&G partners in their various programs and projects.

Capt.Rahul Damodaran

• Capt. Rahul Damodaran is a Technologist and Entrepreneur who was an early stage investor in Blockchain based digital applications especially in traditional & non-tech sectors. Rahul has carried out digital transformation for various industries traditionally not linked to technology from Dairy, Agriculture, Water to the Maritime sectors.
• He has received recognition & support from the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India and the Israel Innovation Authority (previously known as the Office of the Chief Scientist) of Israel’s Ministry of Economy.
• Rahul is presently associated with the following:
• CEO of a Antrigulum Labs, a Maritime Data Science company based in San Jose, USA & Singapore
• Co-Founder of a Marine Startups, a Maritime Technology Fund based in Zurich, Switzerland

• He is also an advisor to various start-ups helping them digitally transform using Blockchain applications.

Dr Arun Bhatt

• Dr Arun Bhatt shall be leading our Statutory clearances and registration processes; including collating, and publishing our analysis, study and data for the medical fraternity.
• He has extensive experience of over three decades in the Indian pharmaceutical industry in clinical research, drug development, and regulatory affairs. He has managed clinical development of novel molecular entities in diverse therapeutic areas in all clinical development phases.
• Worked as a consultant in pharmaceutical medicine and clinical pharmacology. His past positions held include President, Clininvent Research Private Limited – a CRO, CEO of CMI (India) Private Limited and Medical Director of Novartis India Limited.; has been active in industry associations and was earlier the President of Indian Society for Clinical Research (ISCR). He is Editor-in-Chief of Perspectives in Clinical Research – the journal of ISCR.
• Dr. Bhatt is a qualified assessor for NABH Accreditation for Clinical Trials – sites, investigators, and Ethics Committees.
• Dr. Bhatt is Chairperson SRL Ethics Committee and was Co-Chair, Tata Hospital Ethics committee He has more than 150 publications in national and international journals. He runs a regular monthly column on “Good Clinical Practice – Question Answers” and has published a book “Clinical Trials and “Good Clinical Practice in India – Questions and Answers”.

• Mr. Venkat Changivelli will be leading our efforts with the various State Governments.
• He was the First Chief Executive Officer of Emergency Management and Research Institute (EMRI), providing free emergency response services (108).
• As Member-Expert Committee for Health Reforms-GoAP (Jul-Sep19), studied, discussed and submitted the report of recommendations for strengthening the healthcare particularly in Primary care, Secondary/Tertiary Care, Medical education, Disease control, 108, 104 services, PPPs, Architecture, HMIS etc.
• As Advisor to Govt. of UP, conceptualised and launched “UP 100, Police Emergency Management System” Awarded Distinguished Alumnus from NITW, HEAL Leadership, AAEMI Leadership, ICONGO’s Karmaveer Puraskar, PIRAMAL’s Innovative Healthcare delivery, Dynamic Indian of the Millennium and the highest Yash Bharti award from Govt. of UP.

Mr. Ashok Barat

Ashok Barat is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales, and CPA (Australia), based in Mumbai, India.

Ashok is Past President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and of the Council of EU Chambers of Commerce in India, currently Member of the Managing Committee of ASSOCHAM. He is a Certified Mediator and the Convenor of the Centre of Mediation and Conciliation of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry. His engagement with public life is continuous and intense.

He has held responsible and leadership positions in various Indian and multinational organizations, in India and overseas. He began his career with Hindustan Lever Limited, (now Hindustan Unilever), and thereafter in positions of increasing responsibility, with amongst others, RPG Group, Saud Bahwan Group, Pepsi, Telstra, Electrolux, and Heinz; he concluded his executive career as the Managing Director and CEO of Forbes & Company Limited in 2016. His major areas of influence and impact have been in the areas of finance, M&A, strategy, management assurance and governance. He has worked in different roles, operational, staff and oversight, and in different industry sectors manufacturing, services, and technology. He has effectively led complex commercial, partnership and dispute negotiations.

Mr. Barat is on the Board of various companies, including DCB Bank, Cholamandalam Investment & Finance, Mahindra Intertrade, Bata, Huhtamaki, Alembic Pharmaceuticals and Birlasoft. He has also been a Trustee of the Mumbai Port Trust for some years. He mentors professionals budding entrepreneurs and advises companies, businesses, and families on ‘Strategy’, ‘Performance Improvement’, ‘Governance’ and ‘Dispute Resolution’. He supports SMEs from overseas to establish a presence in India and mentors them till they are self-reliant.

He graduated in Commerce from the Allahabad University in 1975 with the Chancellor’s Gold Medal and the First Rank holder. He was a Rank Holder and awarded the prestigious A F Ferguson and R. Venkatesan Awards of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Barat was a visiting faculty at IIM, Lucknow and is a regular speaker in educational and management institutes and various public forums.
