How to Request Account Deletion

 

To request the deletion of your FutureSense account, please send an email to support@iivhealth.com with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”. In your email, please include:

• Your full name (as registered with FutureSense)

• The email address associated with your FutureSense account

• A confirmation that you understand all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered

 

What Happens After Your Request

 

Upon receiving your email, our support team will process your request within 4 business days. Once your account deletion is complete:

 

• All personal data associated with your account will be permanently erased. This includes, but is not limited to, any usage data, personal information, and any other identifiable data linked to your account.

• Data deletion is final: Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered, and your account cannot be restored.

 

Data Retention Policy

 

FutureSense is committed to user privacy. No data is retained beyond the deletion request. However, please note that certain non-personal, anonymized data may be retained for statistical and operational purposes in accordance with legal regulations.
